Ivanhoe Extend Mathematics programs involve learning opportunities and competitions that are mathematics-based and develop mathematical and research skills.
Australian Intermediate Mathematics Olympiad (AIMO)*
AIMO is a high-level mathematical problem-solving competition that is sat in September by Year 9 and 10 students.

Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC)
The AMC is a mathematics competition open to Year 3-12 students. The paper is an hour long and sat in early August.

University of Melbourne Mathematics and Statistics Research Competition
The School of Mathematics and Statistics Research Challenge provides Year 5-12 students the opportunity to understand what it means to conduct mathematics and solve mathematical problems.
