Gifted Education Networking
Networking events are powerful generators of connection and learning. Making time to come together provides an opportunity to share experiences, perspectives, knowledge and vision from across sectors and disciplines.
Gifted education professionals (leaders, teachers, practitioners, researchers, psychologists) often report feeling alone in their work. Networking not only provides the gifted education community with a support structure to alleviate isolation, it also facilitates a holistic view for good practice and research.
Every year Ivanhoe Grammar School coordinates and hosts a gifted education networking event. The event is for gifted education stakeholders across all sectors and networks in Victoria and Tasmania. The event typically involves keynote speakers, round table discussions and key stakeholder updates, alongside the opportunity to connect with like-minded colleagues.
