Ivanhoe Edge is a fantastic program for students looking to take their abilities to the next level and who are interested in developing their skill levels.  It is a great program for all students, elite performers and those just beginning their journey.

During school holidays we run Ivanhoe Edge holiday programs for students.  School Holiday Programs are not exclusive to Ivanhoe Edge families, they are open to the general public as well. They are a fantastic way for all families to enjoy the benefits of Ivanhoe Edge, get a taste of the program and access the coaches’ expertise.

Ivanhoe Edge Spring Holiday Clinics – September School Holidays

This holiday period, Ivanhoe Edge is offering two exciting full-day programs. These clinics are a fantastic way for students to get out and about during the holidays while experiencing a taste of what our Ivanhoe Edge sessions have to offer. Open to all students from 7-16 years old, these clinics welcome participants from both the public and Ivanhoe Grammar School families. We encourage you to book your spots early to avoid disappointment.

All participants will be grouped by age and ability upon registration.

Soccer Clinic

Dates: Wednesday 2 October & Friday 4 October

Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Coaches: Hannah Fox, Iacopo La Rocca, Adrian Zahra

What to Expect:

Speed & Agility drills
1 v 1 Attacking and Defending
Passing Drills
Shooting Practice
Small-sided games
What to bring: soccer boots, runners, activewear, water bottle, lunch and snacks.

Cricket Clinic

Dates: Wednesday 2 October & Thursday 3 October

Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Coaches: Brad Loveluck, Jai Lemire

What to Expect:

Batting: back & front foot shots, building an innings, batting against spin, running between wickets
Bowling: run-up, gather, release and follow-through, fast bowling (swing & cut), spin bowling (leg & off-spin), line & length
Wicketkeeping
Fielding: catching (slips, short & outfield), throwing, defensive & attacking fielding
What to bring: cricket pads, cricket bat and box, runners, activewear, water bottle, lunch and snacks.

Each clinic is designed to provide a fun-filled and educational experience, regardless of your child’s age or skill level. Whether they are seasoned players or new to the sport, everyone is welcome, and every participant is sure to have a great time!

Venue: Ivanhoe Grammar School Sports & Aquatic Centre

Important Information:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in. Staff will meet participants in the foyer of the Sport and Aquatic Centre.

Parking is available via Russell Street underground carpark with easy access to the Centre
