The Head of Admissions & Engagement is a key member of the Principal’s Executive, providing visible, strategic leadership across four interconnected portfolios: Admissions, Community, Communications & Marketing, and Development.

This role is instrumental in designing and implementing integrated strategies, with a key focus to enhance the reputation of Ivanhoe Grammar School, deepen community engagement, and drive philanthropic growth. A highly visible member of our community, the Head of Admissions & Engagement builds trusted, meaningful relationships with students, families, alumni and supporters. This person will deeply embed themselves in our community as a valued ambassador of our purpose and ethos.
