Year 8 Justice Campaign

As part of the Year 8 Faith, Ethics and Attitudes program Plenty Campus students will take part in a Justice Week campaign. The students have chosen three campaigns to focus on – animal cruelty, domestic violence and child trafficking and will aim to raise awareness surrounding these issues.

The Year 8’s have been busy in the lead up to this week creating displays around the School, badges, stickers and pencils to promote and encourage action. A special Chapel service will be held on Thursday to inform the School community about justice issues, including the inhumane conditions children are facing around the world.

In order to raise awareness and much needed funds to support these causes, the Year 8 students will be holding a bake sale during lunchtime on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October, with all proceeds being donated to the International Organisation for Migration.
