Georgia receives a Triple Blue Award

Year 11 student, Georgia Harper has made history as the 70th student in the 100 year history of the School to receive a Triple Blue Award. This is a fantastic effort and an incredible honour.

Since starting at the school in 2012, Georgia has won Full Blue Honours in Swimming, Netball and Softball. She has been a member of five Premiership teams (Athletics once, and twice in Netball and Swimming), she has been an AGSV representative and she has won trophies for the best player across three sports at various levels in the School.

Watch this space, because if she receives a Full Blue in Athletics later this year, which she will be working hard to achieve, that would result in her becoming one of very few Quad Blue Winners.

Georgia has a strong history within the school with her grandfather, John from the Class of ‘41, and her father, Peter from the class of ‘79. Her siblings, Madeleine and Michael, are both past Plenty Campus students from Class of 2015 and 2011 respectively.

Three generations of the Harper family came to the Assembly, Grandfather John from the Class of ’41, Father Peter from the Class of ’79 and Georgia, current Year 11 student at Plenty Campus.

Best of luck, Georgia in your future endeavours!
