Community Project in Cambodia 2016

Ivanhoe parents, staff and alumni will participate in a number of community activities including:

    ,,

  • Cultural orientation in Siem Reap and Angkor Wat Temples
  • ,,

  • Work with HUSK Cambodia at Komphein village – HUSK works directly with communities to help improve the lives of Cambodian families. Their focus is providing access to safe water, livelihood opportunities, health, education and environment.
  • ,,

  • Learning about the Khmer culture and history
  • ,,

The Cambodia project will also be donating various items to the local charities. Included in this are spectacles that are no longer used, which can be recycled and given to under privileged villages.

If you would like to donate any spectacles you no longer use, please bring them in their case to any of the School’s Campus Receptions.
