On Thursday, 8 November, cadets from Ivanhoe Grammar School participated in a formal Commemoration Service, marking the 100th Anniversary of the signing of the Armistice, bringing to an end the First World War.
Ivanhoe cadets formed the Catafalque Guard and provided the Flag Orderly for the Service, which was attended by a large gathering of returned Veterans, Community representatives, and representatives of the Australian Defence Force.
Our cadets represented the school with pride, demonstrating commitment, discipline, skills and teamwork. During what was a significant and moving service, they upheld the school’s values magnificently.
Well done to all.
