At Ivanhoe Grammar School, developing moral, civic and performance character is at the core of everything we do.
As part of our commitment to celebrating and fostering young people of character, we have created the Character Hub, a curated collection of resources focused on personal character development and education.
The development of personal character is a lifelong journey. Character Hub is designed to support, share and inform students, parents, teachers and anyone interested in character education and development.

We are launching this resource with a small, curated collection, of which we will be adding to every month. Please help us grow this resource and ensure its value to the community by visiting the website and sharing with us character development and education resources you would like to see included in this collection. This may be an article you have read, a podcast you listen to, or perhaps a children’s book you and your children enjoy.
As well as carefully curating this collection, we have carefully considered the visuals to accompany each resource. We have used imagery of animals because they are powerful archetypes of character. Their behaviours, traits, and associated symbolism illustrate the essence of character in a memorable and meaningful way.
