Each team was required to work together on a Long Term Challenge for six weeks without assistance from teachers, parents or peers. This challenge encouraged the students to explore possibilities and experiment with ideas as they aim to produce their best possible solution and communicate this to others on Tournament Day.

On the day, the team was required to present their solution to the judges and an audience within ten minutes and in the confines of a three metre by three metre performance area. In addition, the team also participated in a Spontaneous Challenge, which required the ability to think on their feet and work cooperatively as a team.

As a result of their excellent teamwork the Ivanhoe students will compete in the State Final at La Trobe University on Sunday 13 September.

Congratulations to all our students for the hard work and effort they have put into this program.
