Bike Education Program

Year 5 students at Plenty Campus recently completed a three day Bike Education Program which covered riding skills as well as bike and road safety to educate them on how to safely ride their bikes when on the road.
Students gained valuable experience at negotiating intersections and roundabouts in simulated drills and then applied these skills on the internal roads within the school. Friends of Plenty Primary School (FOPPS) kindly donated the funds required to purchase our bikes and money raised in the Annual School Fun Run helps maintain our equipment. The program has now been running for six years at the Plenty Campus and has proven to be a great success.
