A key pillar of Round Square, Leadership opportunities help develop self-confidence
Through the many Leadership opportunities offered at both the Middle and Senior Levels, students develop into self-confident young adults by learning accountability, responsibility, service and collaborative techniques.
Leadership opportunities abound at the Plenty Campus, particularly in the senior years. Middle Years students elect to nominate for positions on the Student Representative Council and on the CyberAngels Task Force.

Senior students provide peer support in the Big Brother, Big Sister program, and as Camp Leaders for Junior and Middle School Camps. Year 12 students can also nominate to become School Prefects, Captains of Debating, Drama, Music, Sport, and Equestrian.
The Cadet program also offers key leadership roles together with management and skills training for those who participate. Other opportunities include House Captains, Level Representatives, and Coordinators of a range of Student-run committees.
