Plenty Primary encourages enquiry learning

At Plenty Primary, a strong focus is placed on enquiry learning to develop in students the confidence to learn independently. Teachers explicitly teach enquiry skills and strategies that help students to learn how to gather, organise and present information and develop information literacy skills.

Enquiry learning involves children exploring their biological, physical and social world through Science, Social Education, Personal Development, Health and Environmental Education.

Science

Plenty Primary has a Primary Science Laboratory with its own specialist Science Teacher.
The facility places an emphasis on the Physical Sciences and helps children develop a passion for their scientific world. It helps harness children’s natural curiosity and spark their imaginations.
