Early in her career Jacque Ross worked as a secondary Maths, Science and Biology teacher, then as a corporate trainer and has been an executive director with her own consulting group since 1992. She has held governance positions in both State and Independent schools for the past 15 years.
Jacque works extensively with principals, leadership teams, teachers and aspiring coaches for the DEECD, Catholic Education Office and independent schools.
Jacque's academic qualifications include M.Comn, B.Sc (Hons), Dip. Ed, Dip. Comp, and she is an ANZIC accredited Professional Coach. Her most recent research looked at Professional Learning Team Effectiveness with particular interest in the role of leadership, communications, culture and coaching in schools.
