Knowing how to calm the agitated, soothe the ruffled, embolden the perfectionists and keep yourself sane is a job in and of itself. This day aims to provide with the skills to detect and intervene with tricky people in all areas of your life.
Topics covered will include:
- Engaging tricky kids, surviving tricky people
- Understanding your own vulnerability to tricky people
- Common types of tricky kids and people (and the tricky situations they get in to)
- Effective communication and conflict resolution methods
- Ways to use their energies for positive outcomes
- Neuro - chemistry and behavioural change
