Knowing how to calm the agitated, soothe the ruffled, embolden the perfectionists and keep yourself sane is a job in and of itself. This day aims to provide with the skills to detect and intervene with tricky people in all areas of your life.

Topics covered will include:

Engaging tricky kids, surviving tricky people
Understanding your own vulnerability to tricky people
Common types of tricky kids and people (and the tricky situations they get in to)
Effective communication and conflict resolution methods
Ways to use their energies for positive outcomes
Neuro - chemistry and behavioural change
